5401 N Ocean B

This property is a duplex. They do have adjourning doors on both the kitchen level and the gameroom level. When you rent both sides together it has 28 spacious bedrooms / 28 private bathrooms that sleeps 100 people.Both sides include a private pool and spa. You also have a private elevator on both sides too! The property is only 50 feet from the beach. The Gamerroom is equipped with a pool table, foosball table and shuffleboard on both sides of the property. You also get a Theatre room for movie nights!. Meals are not included but the kitchen is fully stocked with 2 microwaves, 3 larger refrigerators/freezers, 2 ovens, 2 (5) burner electric ranges and a granite table that seats up to 32 ( on each side) . You will also have your own private pool and spa along with an elevator as well. Located close to the fishing pier, Restaurants, and entertainment for the whole family! I have included the floor plan with a list of the bedrooms for logistics.

207 54th ( This is a single home)

This property is absolutely beautiful and spacious! Perfect for a large get together! The beach is only 200 feet from the property. The property has its very own private elevator, private pool and spa.The rental does not include meals but does have a fully stocked kitchen with 2 large ovens, 2(5) burner electric ranges, 3 large refrigerators/freezers, 2 microwaves, 3 dishwashers and a Banquet Style table for 50 guest. The property also has a Game Room equipped with a pool table,foosball with spectator seating and a 60" television. You also have a theatre room for movie nights! This property has 21 spacious bedrooms and 21.5 bathrooms that can sleep 72 guests! This location is perfect for families as it is also close to the fishing pier, restaurants, and entertainment for the whole family!

1207 S Ocean B (this is a duplex)

This property is an ocean front with beautiful ocean views. Easy access to the beach. You will also have your own private pool and elevator. Meals are not included but the kitchen is fully stocked and has 2 ovens, 2 (4) burner electric ranges, 3 refrigerator/freezers, 2 microwaves and 3 dishwashers. You have a Theatre room and Gameroom. This property has 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms and sleeps 36 guests with beautiful sunrise/sunset views.
